        • 9,00% pour un prix de vente compris entre 150.001 \u20ac et 200.000 \u20ac<\/li>
        • 8,00% for a sale price between \u20ac200,001 and \u20ac600,000<\/li>
        • 7,00% for a sale price between \u20ac600,000 and \u20ac1,000,000<\/li>
        • 6,00% for a sale price between \u20ac1,000,001 and \u20ac2,000,000<\/li>
        • 5,00% for a sale price between \u20ac2,000,001 and \u20ac3,000,000<\/li>
        • 4.00% for a sale price higher than \u20ac3,000,000<\/li><\/ul>

          Montant minimum d\u2019honoraires de commercialisation : forfait de 12.000 \u20ac T.T.C, pour une transaction inf\u00e9rieure 150.000 \u20ac<\/p>

          Fees are due to MAVE SAS in case of sale of a polluted site, or sold at a symbolic value (takeover of the<\/p>

          site by an agglomeration, municipality, etc.) up to 50% of the fees provided for in the mandate.<\/p>

          Rentals :<\/u><\/p>

          Commercial lease, professional lease and derogatory lease<\/u><\/p>

          • 15% of the annual rent exclusive of tax to be paid by the Lessor, i.e. 18% after tax<\/span>.<\/li>
          • 15% of the annual rent exclusive of tax to be paid by the Tenant, i.e. 18% after tax<\/span>.<\/li><\/ul>

            Other services :<\/u><\/p>

            Drafting of lease<\/u><\/p>

            • 5% before tax of the annual rent before tax at the expense of the lessor, i.e. 6% after tax.<\/li>
            • 5% exclusive of tax of the annual rent exclusive of tax to be paid by the lessee, i.e. 6% after tax.<\/li><\/ul>

              With a minimum amount of 1000 \u20ac exclusive of tax per transaction, i.e. \u20ac1,200 after tax<\/span>.<\/p>

              These fees include the marketing costs and the costs of drafting the lease. The expenses of the inventory of fixtures by way of bailiff (from \u20ac150 to \u20ac200 inclusive of tax approximately) will be divided between the two parts (50\/50).<\/p>

              Transfer of a business or leasehold rights<\/u><\/p>

              30% of the annual rental value (annual rent exclusive of tax + 1\/9 of the right to lease), i.e. 36% after tax<\/span>.<\/p>

              With a minimum fee of \u20ac5,000 exclusive of tax, i.e. \u20ac6,000 after tax<\/span> (excluding administrative costs, court fees, taxes and disbursements to be paid by the taker).<\/p>
